SELF-REGULATION - To live, not to endure

Stress is not only about work. It's about how you live.

How you wake up, talk to people, come home, sleep.

We all learned to endure. But enduring is not living.

SELF-REGULATION — To live, not to endure

Self-regulation is not suppressing stress. It's the ability to return to yourself when the pressure of the world is too much.

We have two formats — depending on how much time you have.
